How do I reset my password?

1. Go to Account Profile and find the button of Change password. Then Click it.


  • 2. You will receive an email from Petfair for resetting your password. Click the link in the email.
  • 3. Enter New Password and click "Confirm". The operation of resetting the password is finished.
