What shipping options are available?

Petfairs offers two international shipping methods to suit different business needs:

• Air Express (Door-to-Door | Minimum Order: 1 Carton)

Ideal for smaller or urgent orders. Available for most products and destinations.

• Sea Shipping (Door-to-Door | Minimum Order Value: $580)

Recommended for larger or bulk orders due to its lower cost per unit.

Note: Sea shipping becomes available once your cart reaches a total value of $580. Bulky items (such as cat trees and pet beds) and battery-included products can only be shipped via sea shipping due to size or shipping regulations.

Estimated shipping time and fees will be shown on the product detail page and at checkout.

Both methods  include customs clearance in most cases. In rare situations where local policies apply, the buyer may be responsible for import duties or taxes.
