What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

Report the damage to Xcotton within 7 days after the tracking status is updated to “Delivered.”

Take clear photos of:

• The damaged product
• The shipping package
• The shipping label
• Any visible damage to the outer packaging

Keep the product and packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Eligible claims may receive a replacement or refund, subject to Xcotton’s applicable Shipping Protection Terms.
