Event Overview:

During our Thanksgiving week event, for every order you place, we will donate one box of Petfairs platform products to pet rescue organizations or shelters, helping more stray and needy pets.

Event Period:

November 27 – December 3

Registration Rules for Pet Rescue Organizations or Shelters:

  1. Customer Registration: Customers who place orders and wish to nominate a pet rescue organization or shelter can contact our customer service to register.
  2. Organization Registration: Pet rescue organizations or shelters in need of support can directly contact our customer service to register.
  3. Default Selection: If no registration is provided, we will select eligible organizations ourselves.

Required Information for Registration:

To ensure authenticity and proper distribution, registered organizations must provide:

  • Organization name
  • Address
  • Contact phone number

This information allows us to verify and ensure that donated boxes reach pets who truly need them.

Post-Event Procedures:

  1. Announcement of Selected Organizations: Within three days after the event ends, we will announce the selected organizations. Our team will contact the registered pet rescue organizations or shelters during this period to coordinate donation details. If any organization cannot be reached, alternative organizations will be announced.
  2. Proof of Receipt: Selected organizations must provide at least 5 photos and 1 video within three days of receiving the donation to verify the activity and for follow-up tracking.
  3. Activity Results: Within two months after all donations are completed, the results of the charity event will be published in our blog section. Please stay tuned.
